played frisbee today.
well not really played played yet. learned the fundamentals of frisbee. my friends have actually been talking about frisbee for quite sometime now. it was around the hype of bellydancing so obviously you know which one i chose. (teka lang ha… i don’t wear those shimmy thingies though!! haha!!)
soo anyway an acquaintance and i were talking about it so i tried it out with another friend that has been bugging me to try it. it was fun. a new kind of cardio for me. kinda like soccer meets american football meets habulan meets basketball. ganon. sayang i wanted a more contact sport. i wonder when rugby will come here in the philippines.. that one i would definitely try.
only thing is i had my shoulder and arms workout today, so it was kinda burning when i was throwing the disc around. i wasn’t even doing the running yet. it was obviously a stamina and speed sport. i got the stamina. i’m not sure with the speed. now i remember why i played defense for soccer.
ewan ko ba why im so kaladkarin. i like getting to know new stuff, do new things. things i haven’t done for the longest time.
like now i’m so antok but for some reason i couldn’t sleep. so i decided to write an entry. aaargh.
